Just read on RealGM according to Ric Bucher that Jason Kidd will remain with Dallas, 3 year deal, 25 million-plus. The NY Post and Times also have confirmed that Kidd will stay in Dallas, Will. Although I had read that Donnie Walsh offered the mid-level exception for 3 years to Jason, the Knicks didn't even discuss the parameters of any contract, according to the New York Times. It appears as if Kidd simply used NY to boost his salary demands, and Dallas simply acquiesced. I have to admit that while I would have liked Jason Kidd to have run the point this year and maybe next season, I was concerned about his age and the length of the Knicks supposed offer, which never even took place. I think that the Knicks should look at the Milwaukee Bucks, Ramon Sessions, who is still available. Moron Berman reported that Sessions would "be resigned" by the Bucks, but this is the same team that let Charlie Villaneuva simply walk away and sign with the Pistons for little more than the MLE. Today, NY gets to be rejected by Grant Hill.
