At NBA Analysis Network, James Piercey proposed a massive trade idea that has the Knicks acquiring Wiggins in exchange for Isaiah Hartenstein, Evan Fournier and a 2024 first-round draft choice:
“Let’s be clear, this is not a salary dump. Wiggins is too valuable for that type of arrangement. The Warriors are getting value here. It just may not make them better in 2023-24.
On the other hand, they are flipping one rotation player for a pair of them. This deal makes the Warriors deeper. Hartenstein feels like an especially solid fit here. His ability to find teammates with smart passes will fit well in the Warriors’ system.
With that said, the first-round pick is the most valuable asset the Warriors are landing here. They don’t own their own pick in the upcoming draft, so landing a first-rounder allows them to inject some young talent onto their roster.”
I like Hartenstein alot but getting Wiggins would be huge,he's exactly what we need.I would try to fill hole it leave with a PJ Washington trade. He can play the four and five and we still have Sims.

It's an intriguing scenario. I like Hartenstein a lot but I also like Jericho Sims and more PT for Sims is going to benefit his game. And it's true that Wiggins fits the Knicks like a glove. He can score, shoot, defend and he's wildly athletic and in his prime at 28 years old. But he also played in just 37 games last season so a thorough physical is warranted. Assuming Wiggins passes the medical staff's evaluations they have the scoring two way forward they covet. Plus Wiggins can shoot as he was above 47% from the field and right at 40% from the 3 point line.

If warriors feel they are a contender (they still have Curry right ) no way do they make that deal. Wiggins is also what they need. I'd love it but they would likely trade Klay before Wiggins. With Wiggins we are a 50+ win team and our pick is trash.

We have to do something with all our picks,I was on the get PJ Washington wagon but I just jumped off.We had issues with minutes and Hart can pick up some PF minutes as RJ for a pinch no need to start a revolt again. From the whispers talking the Knicks bigs were affected by all the minute talk so maybe staying pat there is a good move.I also hear Toronto has pulled OG off the market so that leaves us with fewer options to make a move.SA now can't take Frenchy deal on thier cap so they have to move someone ,it's complicated doing that deal but let Frenchy play on French team and get close with thier 1st rounder and maybe SA pushes harder for deal.Right now I would settle for both an IQ and Hart extension and calling it a day.I agree Gates it would be real stupid for them to make that deal, the GS guy threw that out but I'm not buying it too good for us and terible for them.Unless the magicly get someone they like for that role cheaper, but I agree it's a longshot at best.I would also consider hard extending Hartenstein he has earn it .

Knicks are in talks to get Jrue Holiday,it makes sense since he was designed in lab for a Thibs team.I just did a trade with trade checker it has to be three teams and we move two of our first the ones we got, like Det pick and Wash pick.Means someone has to ride the pine like who Grimes tough call I want to see Grimes make it and Jrue is 33 still great but he has one year left then free agent making now 36 a pop now.I go for it,I truly think he is perfect for us.Frenchy and two picks I do it all day long.
