I have not posted in the last few months for a very sad reason. My beloved sister passed peacefully in her sleep last night after a battle with cancer. My sister Debbie was the ultimate big sister and aunt. She was my friend, my protector, my rock, and the person I trusted most besides my wife. I cannot express the depth of the loss. I probably won't be posting for a little while, but this community has meant a lot to me over the last 20 years and I wanted to let everyone know why I have been absent.

If your sister was such an influence to you, and knowing how remarkable you and your family turned out, she must have been an amazing human being and an even better sibling. My love and condolences to you and your family at this very difficult time.

Exactly one week after burying my aunt that went to the hospital with a sore knee. Stay strong my brother. |
