At least this could give us a clearer picture of Kemba vs McBride

At least this could give us a clearer picture of Kemba vs McBride I liked a lot what I saw of McBride. Another scrappy guy like Burks. Still Gates: the ship be sinking. I think you have to unload Walker and Fournier. Move forward with the youth. Another solid draft-- we have two 1st rounders and maybe Fournier/Walker yields a third? Anyway I like Grimes, McBride, Toppin. Then RJ, Mitch, and maybe Quickley. That's nice talent to work with for Randle, who is right now confused about his role because the pieces don't fit. He needs a real running mate who he can develop a two-man game with. He was far more comfortable last season setting up other guys, despite the turnovers. None of this my turn-your turn foolishness but real teamwork. I wish that guy was Barrett TBH but so far no dice-- he needs to get better at setting others up. That would be huge for the Knicks IMO. Maybe McBride can develop into that guy but it's better if it was a swing man. Both McBride and Grimes are potential two-way players. God the Knicks need that.

i'm thinking with Rose out Grimes moves into rotation. Grimes, Obi, IQ , and Burks off bench. Like Mcbride but he's now 11th. But he might get defensive minutes late instead of Walker.
