FIRST HALF Knicks look like a team reborn tonight with the benching of Walker and the insertion of my guy Burks. Like I said all last season I like scrappy players and Burks embodies this. Everyone is playing with energy and Randle has settled into the point forward role he actually excelled at and around which his entire game revolves and radiates. THIS team has chemistry and defensive energy. Fournier still is a concern. Terrible defender.

SECOND HALF: Damn Barrett is out sick. Knicks look a bit unfocused. Fournier looks worthless out there and Thibs is right to yank him. Walker and Fournier are not paying off. Purely lateral move. Good news is we have Burks and RJ, IQ and Toppin.
Wow what a great 3rd Quarter!!! Randle is looking like he did last season, at long last. Very focused. Really think the Walker removal is crucial. He is the anti-straw that stirs the drink.
Funny how many Knicks fans are at Barclays and how much louder they are than the home crowd.
Randle with a tough midrange miss and then KD converts a three. Uh oh Thibs timeout. This is the loudest I have heard that arena on television.
There are no good losses but this came close. We can build off this!!
