While not making it mandatory for some reason, they have laid a guideline of what unvaccinated players can and cannot do:

It's really unfair that only 3 teams have to comply with this and unvaccinated visiting players also don't have to comply.
Probably one of the few times in history, I wish David Stern was at the helm. Silver often doesn't want to piss off anyone so the decisions sometimes come from a neutral place.
I realize only San Fran and NYC made the vaccination rule for indoor teams that play in arenas, but visiting players should have to comply as well.
