I totally support this order Karma but I think it's absolutely ridiculous that visiting teams aren't held to the same standard That's the thing that sounds so stupid AND it appears to only affect the Nets, Warriors and Knicks due to the mayor's of NYC and San Francisco creating the ordinance. No other city as of this writing has to do this. |

If this ordinance was in effect last year, and Elfrid Payton wasn’t vaccinated the Knicks would have won the NBA title! Seriously though, stick a freaking needle in your arm it’s not so bad. Some NFL coaches and GM’s said whether a player is vaccinated or not played a part in final roster decisions, and the same will be true with the NBA. You don’t want a key player getting Covid before a big game or playoff series, and if you’re a fringe player they won’t want you on the roster for fear you’ll catch Covid and give it to your best teammates.

I totally support this order, but I think it's absolutely ridiculous that visiting teams aren't held to the same standardThere might be a lot of legal problems if athletes visiting those 2 cities have two be vaccinated but other businessmen visiting the city do not. I just think it's also unfair if only 3 out of 30 teams HAVE to do it. The Knicks only with Knox, Frank and D Rose had COVID-19. Most other teams had almost half their rosters afflicted last season, which helped our record for sure last year. |

Rene, you seriously need MUCH better news sources. Virtually everything you wrote is wrong. There have been exactly ZERO vaccine-related deaths. The vaccines, particularly the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, work extremely well. In fact, their success rate is higher than most vaccines. Ivermectin does not work at all against Covid. It is to treat intestinal parasites in farm animals and can cause erectile dysfunction in humans. There is nothing wrong with using hydroxychloroquine to treat malaria, but they did studies and it turned out that not only did it not work in treating Covid, it actually made the symptoms worse. So, if you get malaria, use it. Don't use it to treat Covid.
Also, Dr. Fauci has been working for the government for over 30 years and is one of the most respected infectious disease experts in the country.
Where do I get my information you may ask? My wife works for the largest hospital network in New Jersey. She gets to see the data and speaks directly with the doctors fighting Covid. Since the vaccines have been available, all of the deaths in the hospital network were unvaccinated patients. The only vaccinated patients were immunocompromised for whom vaccines don't always work and none of them died.

Thank you for the kind words Trend. At this point in my life, I have realized that life is too short to be anything but kind. Hopefully, Rene will read what I wrote and think twice about his news sources as he and I have met IRL and had a beer or two together and hopefully get vaccinated because I want Rene to live a long and healthy life.

Politics, art, sports, religion, etc can be argued, and there can be nearly infinite points of disagreement, but we CAN'T argue about science. You can believe what you hear on Fox, Newsmax, Oneamerika, etc, but I'm going to go with scientists, like ALL of my doctors, who tell me that EVERYTHING that you're saying is WRONG. Life is too precious and too short to waste even just seconds of it trying to have a rational discussion with someone who has vlosed their mind off to ANYTHING other than the nonsense they are being fed.
