We could have used him more than Noel, I’m not happy with what we did. Btw without Rose we were a losing team. I like Fournier , but that’s was the big move. 3 years of Noel and Burkes i don’t understand.

JB,
Good point about Mills and this is where I'm concerned about our regime. On one hand, Leon Rose is being extremely patient and not rushing the process, which I appreciate immensely. This is a refreshing change from past Knick management administrations.
Here comes the other hand. As I'm intently watching the Monday and Tuesday free-agent draft news on television, good player after good player are not signed by NY. Nunn, Mills, DeRozan, Lonzo Ball, etc. At what point is Leon held accountable. I like the Fournier signing, however its not enough. The east got better and better and the Knicks only slightly improved. Leon needs to hit a home run now with a major trade and or next summer, a significant free-agent signing.

Exactly the way I felt and then along came Kemba and I can’t wait for the season to start! As for Patty Mills, I’m now calling him by his full name, Patricia Mills, now that he’s on Brooklyn. Imagine paying all that money for Choking Joe Harris then realized you can cheaply get the same thing who has a proven playoff track record. Sean Marks must have played the Australian card for the meeting, bringing his pet kangaroo and some shrimp he had just thrown on the barbie. After drinking plenty of Fosters, which is Australian for beer, he told him to sign the contract and when Mills hesitated, he put on the Men at Work Down Under video and put a switchblade to his throat saying, “now that’s a knife!” That’s all the Australian jokes I have, so this comment is over!
