Thibs on Randle: he’s got to let the game come to him. The game dictates what you have to do. Mark Jackson agrees wholeheartedly. I think that teams are trying to a 2011 Miami on Dirk thing, forcing Dirk into hockey assisting. So Randle must stay within himself.
Toppin HUGE three good sign for him. And then Frank. Whew!
Jackson: Clips are forcing other Knicks to beat them instead of Randle and now Rose. It’s working but let’s remember the Clippers are 3rd in the west and a top defensive team to boot. This is why I think the Knicks are capped at 6 game series in the second round. The Knicks need a 3rd all-around player in the starting lineup to complement Randle and RJ.

DROSE was incredible and Randle was money late.
I love Taj.
Phenomenal defense.
RJ is a pro. Just keeps playing.
Bullock was excellent.
Obi keeps getting better.
Props to Thibs for deleting Stank in the 2nd half. I was debating whether I preferred watching Stank or being sent to Gitmo. Deciding point was that Stank tends to get subbed out.
Love this team.

No it is Stank Ntilikina. Payton would be a decent backup. Which in fact he is for us. He starts but DROSE plays down the stretch. Elfrid is basically getting those Marc Iavaronni starts where Bobby Jones subbed in and played all the key minutes. In his last season, Hines Ward would start for rhe Steelers and couldn't get open against Betty White. They'd throw him a couple 2 yard passes early each game so he could get to 1000 catches AND LEAVE. Elfrid will likely be gone (as will Stank). but someone playing pg next season will have to be pretty darn good to play down the stretch in lieu of Rose. |

Can we then call Elfrid “Stink” so that they’re Stink and Stank? In the other thread I said Elf is the only Knick I don’t want back next year, but I forgot about Frank, and yeah him too. Especially because of the social media Frankosexuals who see something normal people don’t. I can just see them next year when he’s elsewhere and our new point guard has 20 points with 12 assists and they tweet out how Leon Rose should be fired because Frank just went for six points with two steals with whatever new team he’s with.
