Last year's Spain ACB league Final MVP. He's crafty PG who, as of this writing will take the place of Simi Shittu on the team, as the Knicks changed their minds.

Youg man can defend too as well. Someone in the Knicks Film School created Film on him 2 years ago when he also thought about coming to the states. Shoots over 40% in most his seasons in Argentina and Spain and has a crafty handle.

Oh my goodness it's more like Ginobili with the body control and attitude-- and he's a lefty, likely ambidextrous. How's his defense Rene? Manu was an excellent defender, something that is under-appreciated about Ginobili. |

Great question, we only see highlights of passing and scoring it will be interesting to see his dee for sure.But I really do like what I see on tape he is very effective with the ball.Maybe that's why the contract is not guaranteed because they want to see him guard NBA players.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rx6wTKoRcpcThis guy breakdown has him as a solid smart defender.has the ability to defend both guard positions.Not a lockdown defender but plays hard on defense.Smart defender,doesn't get lost on defense.Active hands,good anticipation and timing on strips.Another scout has him as a hard nose defender,gotta love that from other scouts ,he has solid frame too so he won't get pushed around.

Just to be clear it's not being taken away, it's just a bonus. But I do think the Knicks were being prudent by jumping on a free agent that even Woj said was a top PG free agent choice this summer. They may balk at Ball or not but at least you signed someone before the vultures do. |
