I'm glad we're at the break. Over 41 minutes for Randle and Noel. Not really necessary against that stank pisstons squad.

I feel Noel is hanging on by a string. He's been great but he's playing beyond himself. If Blake is washed then Dennis Smythe Jr is stone washed jeans. That kid is basura. |

I think that Thibs is trying to establish a winning culture of not taking anyone for granted. Too many Knicks teams have relaxed and lost to teams they should have beaten in the past. In the long run, it may hurt, but he wants the team to focus on winning every game. Also, until either Mitch or Taj are healthy, Noel needs to play 40 minutes a game.

You make excellent points but I'm with Jason here. Noel looks close to breaking. I realize the Thibs is about the next MINUTE. But most other excellent coaches would have bought a few extra minutes with Toppin against a slop team and in a game we were controlling. |
