I think he is a good coach and leader. but I think his comments about the Eagles and their coach was wrong. Just hearing those comments out of context seemed whiny. But after hearing the previous part of the conservation, my thoughts changed. I don't think he was being whiny but I still think he was wrong.

I agree completely with Gates. I understand the anger among Giants fans and players but their opinions are kind of null and void because they were directly affected by this decision. As a fan of another team, we wanted from mid season for our team to get the highest pick possible, so we completely agree with Pederson’s decision not to win a meaningless game and get his team the sixth pick instead of the ninth. It reminds me of the Giants beating Washington in another meaningless game the year before which dropped them from two to four and instead of Chase Young they drafted the underwhelming Andrew Thomas. So don’t hate the coach, hate the system that rewards losing. As for Judge as a coach, he certainly has charisma, but their record was 6-10 and he has a QB that runs a lot better than he throws yet he kept sending him out there with an injury that made him immobile. He should blame himself for this team missing the playoffs not another team. The jury is still out on him too. Don’t be fooled by charisma, like my team has been with both Rex Ryan and Herm Edwards. You gotta be able to coach too! We’ll see next year.

I like Judge a lot but his team’s season was in their control. What Philly does shouldn’t have mattered if the Giants did their job. I don’t like the Eagles (an understatement) but they are perfectly right to address their needs first.

Love Judge, but win a game. Don’t play ur hurt QB and wait a week, have better pass protection ready? Hate what Philly did, but that’s on them. Just an unforced error on his part.
