I'm confused people. Anyone that knows way more than me on the subject of the contracting of COVID, please chime in.
Kevin Durant was tested positive for COVID-19 last year over the spring/summer. So now he's being held out for 7 days due to COVID-19 protocols.
So does that mean he caught it again or that he never got rid of it, and could have still been contagious for it?
I mention this because the Nets just played Atlanta, we play them tonight. Is there any risks right now with the teams that have just played the Nets?
Should he have been cleared to play in the first place?
Just don't understand if they are isolating him, why aren't the Hawks isolating too and for that matter the entire Nets team?

This means that he is negative but was exposed to someone with Covid. So, he is being isolated in case he can be a carrier.
