I think it's great if he worked on his shot, but I'm hoping he somehow got his confidence back. The last time I saw him play I think I yelled at my tv screen because he seemed like a shell of a player who didnt believe in himself. He was timid and maybe would try a move and then give up and pass the ball. I was the most excited about him is when we first got him and he seemed to be motivated, but that didnt last long. Really hoping hes past whatever mental block hes had.

I saw this video yesterday and I also saw the following one and got very hyped about him this season. I was furious last year when they booed him at the Garden, I thought Knicks fans were smarter than that, and it sure doesn’t help a struggling player. He won’t have to worry about that for most if not all of this year, and if he does what it looks like he’s ready to break out and do, by the time they return they’ll be embracing him. I also wondered why a post about JR Smith was on our board, I thought either Trend had found his new team, or he was giving the pipe to a Kardashian.

I really hope he gets it together, with all the talent he has it would be awesome. He had a lot of personal issues and now that is over that let's hope he gets his confidence back to were he was in those highlights.

Losing a parent is hard. I know NY sports fans are sometimes unrelenting, and at least the ones that come to the games sometimes, are uncaring.
But again, the man lost a parent, something thank God I have yet to experience, but I'd probably be lost a for a bit if and when it happens too.
So I pray he is back and rather better so we can invest in him and get our swagger back, with him a a catalyst.

Well said Jason,I lost my parents but they were very old and had a wonderful life with all us kids,to lose parents while your young is so devastating to your mindset.A Great coach putting under his wing can do wonders for him.I think that is were a coach shines is building the confidence in his players.I cry all the time and they have been gone for years now to me it shows respect and how much love I had for them,I remember before my mom died I bought the best car I ever had and wanted ,and I love fast cars I could not smile in enjoyment driving cause my mom just died and I felt guilty feeling happy but this car made me the happiness driving experience I ever had in my life, the dealing with great things and bad thing is mind boggling .And I was an old experienced I think smart guy imagine a young guy with , it's very difficult to deal with especially when they were the best people in your whole life that you just lost.I pray for Dennis to get it right it helps to trust God to help you.

One of those poster worthy dunks was over current teammate Julius Randle. Very impressive stuff but can he create for teammates?

The nature of him driving the lane creates open looks for the others on the perimeter. Now we have shooters to make them pay too.The same arguments is made for Westbrook Bill,DSJ is alot cheaper.LOL
