Blair is alot better than hill. Much higher basketball IQ and significantly tougher, mentally and physically. not saying he'd fit D'antoni's system but he's certainly as much of a lottery pick as Hill.
Blair's knees could go at any time and he could easily eat his way out of the league. He has skills, but he is not a leaper. Guys like him are not lottery picks. They need too much around them to succeed.
BTW, I did not say that Hill was a lottery pick either. I wanted Ty Lawson.
