But I don't think Wink Adams is in Walsh's 2009 tinkink.
Knick rookies will look to go 0-5 when they play the Rookie Wizards Sunday at 1pm Vegas time.

Well its seems the worse Summer league we have the better regular season we do so if that is the case 0-5 it is. Look summer league is what it is and the best players so far are in the Western Conference. Golden state has two of them in Anthony Morrow(free agent steal) and Anthony Randolph(draft steal). Boy would those two players set NY off in a positive direction. And yet why isnt it setting Golden state off? Something for Mike D and his run and gun offense to think about.
I'd also like to have Javale McGee from Washington. That team couple with two super free agents within the next two years would be delicious and almost unreal which is why is isnt so.
Anyway, Blake Griffin is playing out of his mind, and Tyreke Evans is durable and versatile too. All West Conference. Here's hoping both Boston and Cleveland lay an egg in thee playoffs so the balance of power in the East can come our way after this season as Orlando and LA repeat and the best teams currently disassemble and teams like the Knicks, Hawks, Wizards step in.

Last year we were 5-0 in summer league. How did that work out for us in the regular season? ; )
I just want to see Hill, Douglas and Almond get some burn. Likely we will invite Tskitishvili to camp. I don't put all that much credence into how players do in this league in general because it's playground basketball at it's worst. Obviously Morrow and Randolph have some skill. So do Hill and Douglas. The big difference is second year NBA players versus rookies. In the back of mind I remember a 3rd member of the Golden State summer league team, a guy we coveted mightily in the draft, shooting 32% for the summer. That would be Stephen Curry the best pure shooter in the draft. ; )
