If nothing pans out with any other PG, perhaps we should give him a look? True he has only displayed the makings of a backup like Duhon his whole career, but I would rather have two instead of one and see Duhon run out of steam again. Then again Toney Douglas is on trial as well.

Good call Will I feel the same way,if we can't get anyone else he has the Duhon makeup .Two is allways better than one is like have two Duhons.I like Douglas too.I like Watson it depends on price I guess and how much money we use on MIller. He's too young for the old guy exemption I think.

I wouldnt think Watson's price would be outrageous. Didnt Zeke try to deal for him a few seasons back?

I liked us to get Watson a few years ago too but he is more a shoot first type PG. I honestly think Toney Douglas is the real deal at PG and I'd rather have him get backup minutes unless we can swing a deal for a true PG starter.

Watson has reportedly agreed to a one year deal with the Pacers, will sign next week.

I dont understand why we dont give Marcus Williams a shot. The kid can ball albeit some troubling issues.

I dont understand why we dont give Marcus Williams a shot. The kid can ball albeit some troubling issues. Williams has had some off court issues but his big NBA problem was weight and conditioning. He seems to finally have that under control and maybe he contributes but I like Toney Douglas better. Now add Ramon Sessions (not Andre Miller) and what was once a weakness becomes a strength.

Maybe the rumored sign and trade with Milwaukee for Ramon Sessions involves Chris Duhon, as Duhon's contract is expiring and the Bucks seem as if they are in a gift-giving mood ala Charlie Villanueva...

I thought they let Villanueva go because they wanted to give more than the midlevel to Sessions

Jason
Milwaukee let Villanueva go because while a good player the cost/performance ratio wasn't high enough for them to spend their limited resources. Milwaukee, like a lot of smaller market NBA teams, is in a cost cutting mode. I doubt in this environment they over spend for Sessions.
