I'm gonna be honest. I like Noel but he isn't my personal top priority in resigning a player this summer
Mitch has been always my guy
Pelle also should be given a chance. If he can wait while we resign some other notables first then that's fine. I don't know what he wants to command but Mitch is the guy as always for me.
Mitch just had two freak injuries as did like half the league if I'm being honest, last year.

Agree, Jason, and this is why I have such faith in Leon Rose and crew AT THIS POINT! He very smartly signed Norvell Pelle to a two year deal knowing that this day was coming. You talked about Mitch’s injuries being fluky which you’re right about, but Noel had little aches and pains all throughout the season that I think will get worse as the years go on. That being said I’d love to have Noel back, but Knicks priorities are certainly on other positions and while I wouldn’t be completely comfortable with just Mitch and Pelle as the only two centers, I think they can find someone who’s a bit cheaper if it’s true that Noel is going to get a nice contract offer this offseason elsewhere.

Noel might come back if he doesn't get offered too much he will stay since he loves playing for Thibs.I think he liked his stay here as a backup he really not a starter so the jury is out how much he's offered I say 7-8 range at that point we have to think hard.
