Our new assistant coach is like no other.We might have the best player development coach on the planet.This dude has already have the young guns talking about him more than Tibs.This move of getting him to me is soo huge I started a thread just for him.I think his impact on our team is going to be great,off course we have Tibs too I'm not knocking him but this assistant is very special guys actually want to come here because of your assistant thank about that.Listen to the players the all are impacted already huge by Kenny and it's only been a few days.

Not a doubt in my mind that Kenny Payne is the next head coach of the Knicks, either after Thibs retires, or gets canned, which is an unfortunate reality in this business. Only way this doesn’t happen is if Calipari retires first and Payne goes back there.
