Iggy... You were always a favorite poster of mine on AOL and you always combined your Knick acumen with class, dignity, and respect. I appreciate your kind words and concern, and while I have not been on the board lately, it is only because of the 'Bockers' schedule, LOL! Stopping smoking was relatively easy, based on the diagnosis received in May 2010. I have been a heavy smoker for 45 years, and to date, I still crave smokes, but the cravings pass rather quickly. I have had a lot of support in this, as my lady friend has joined me in this. As I am sure you and your dear friend may know, cigarettes are very addictive. While the physical withdrawal was relatively smooth sailing, psychologically, it is something that remains in my head every day...But, if I smoke again, that will be a death sentence, since I have already beaten up my body enough for two or three life-times. It's now time to do healthy things. ; ) I celebrate my 20 year quit smoking anniversary this February. One of the best things I ever did. I hope to hear from you Comrade Ken
